Delete your account and data

The fastest way to delete your account is inside the mobile app:

Sign in to your CFA Master account.
Open Profile and select Delete account.
Enter your password and confirm permanent deletion.

If you cannot use the in-app option, email mail@cfa-master.com from the email address associated with your account. Use the subject “CFA Master account deletion request.” We may need to confirm that you control the account before processing the request.

What deletion removes

Deleting your mobile account removes:

Your Firebase Authentication account
Your Firestore user record
Your learning progress and quiz history
Your saved notes
The legacy email index associated with your account

The current deletion flow does not intentionally retain any of those account records. Guest progress is stored only on your device, so it is not affected by server-account deletion. You can remove guest progress by resetting study progress in the app, clearing the app's storage, or uninstalling the app.
